I may have heard this terrific song once or even twice, but never really bordered to analyze and appreciate the velvety-voiced, Port Harcourt, Rivers state born gospel act until the Holy Spirit arrested my faculties to go and appreciate the wonders of my hit of the year if not the decade. As often happens, once I get hooked up on a particular track, I just continue playing it, hoping to get bored, but this has not happened in respect of Chinwo’s “Chinedum”.
The lady pours out everything, energy, soul and the synergy of her backing group as well as the piano player who seem to infuse the powerful support on everyone concerned with the musical production. When I switched to the YouTube for the video back up, it was even more heavenly with the backing dancing and vocal support.
